學校背景 School Background
聖公會北角聖彼得堂於1994年開辦了赤柱分校。赤柱分校之成立,是由於馬坑村重建完成後,香港政府邀請聖公會港澳教區在該處興建一所幼稚園,北角聖彼得堂因著過往辦幼稚園的經驗及傳福音的使命,於是向教區申請開辦幼稚園分校以及發展傳道區計劃,順利得到教區的批准成立了聖公會聖彼得堂幼稚園(赤柱分校)。
我們一直得到教會主任牧師、校董、教友及家長的信任及支持,使小朋友能在愉快的環境學習及成長,教會舉辦學校的目的希望接觸家長、兒童,透過幼稚園的建立一個彼此支持、緊密合作的關係,擕手共同宣揚主道。
St. Peter's Church in North Point opened Stanley in 1994. Stanley was established after the reconstruction of Ma Hang Estate was completed, when the Hong Kong government invited the Anglican Diocese of Hong Kong and Macau to build a kindergarten. St. Peter's Church in North Point applied to the diocese owing to its experience in running kindergartens and mission of evangelism. The application for a kindergarten branch school and the development of a missionary district plan were successfully approved by the diocese and the Anglican St. Peter’s Church Kindergarten, Stanley brand was established.
We have always received the trust and support of the senior pastor, directors, church members and parents of the church, ensuring that children learn and grow in a happy environment. The purpose of the church’s school is to reach out to parents and children, establish a mutually supportive and close cooperative relationship through kindergartens, and work together to promote the Lord’s way.

秉承基督精神,齊心創建一所榮神益人的幼兒學校。為二歲至六歲的幼兒及家長,提供完善及優質的教育服務,並發展持續不斷學習精神。重視兒童全人發展,使孩子在德、智、體、群、美、靈六育上有均衡的發展,為日後的教育作好準備。
This is a kindergarten which glorifies God and the benefits for mankind, founded in line with Jesus Christ’s spirit. Sound and quality education and related services are provided to children in the age group of 2-6 and their parents. Children are guided to develop the attitude of constant leaning. Balanced development in spiritual, moral, intellectual, physical, communal, and artistic aspects is emphasized so that children are well-prepared for future education.

課程特色
- 課程著重兒童親身的經驗及興趣,刺激兒童的學習思維,自我發現、自主、自覺地學習為根基。
- 提供適切的環境,採用活動教學法,主題以綜合作統整課程,以螺旋式由淺入深,並具備延展學習活動。
- 著重幼兒的多元智能發展,引入戲劇教學、跳繩、設計活動等課程。
1. The curriculum emphasizes personal experiences and encourages children's interests; they are stimulated to learn, think, discover themselves, become independent, and develop self-directed learning.
2. To provide an appropriate environment and integrate the curriculum with theme-based integrated stories.
3. Development of multiple intelligences is emphasized, supported with various courses on Drama Education, rope skipping, and Project Approach.

學習評估Assessment of children’s learning experiences
以持續性觀察記錄兒童的學習成效。每名兒童均有一本兒童學習歷程檔案記錄幼稚園的學習生活。
The learning outcome of each theme is assessed through ongoing observation and recording. A profile of each child's journey of learning is kept as a record of his or her learning life in kindergarten.
對學生支援Support to Students
- 設有新生適應期,由家長陪同上課,舒緩兒童的情緒。
- 為高班學生設模擬小一課程,讓學生準備升小一心情。。備有興趣活動,提升孩子潛能發展。
- 進行家訪,了解學生的需要。
- 參與「到校學前康復服務試驗申劃」,協助有需要之學生
- 獲批支援非華語學童的資助; 增聘教學人員/教學助理以支援非華語學童學習中文;安排翻譯/傳譯服務。
- adaptation period for new students held in August.
- Simulation primary one courses are arranged for K3 students for psychological preparation.
- Home visits for better understanding of children’s conditions at home.
- Joining the On-site Pre-school Rehabilitation Services
- Received Grant for Support to NCS Students; appointed additional teaching staff/teaching assistants to support NCS students learning Chinese; arranged interpretation/translation services.
